What is "Chat with PDF"?

Chat with PDF lets you upload a document and have a conversation about it with AI. Instead of reading through a 50-page report, you can ask:

How It Works

1. Text Extraction

When you upload a PDF, we extract all the text content using PDF.js — the same engine Firefox uses to render PDFs. This captures text, headings, and structure.

2. AI Processing

Your question + the document text are sent to GPT-4o mini, which analyzes the content and generates a relevant answer.

3. Context-Aware Responses

The AI only answers based on your uploaded document. It won't make up information or use external knowledge. If the answer isn't in the document, it'll tell you.

Privacy
