1.3 Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data such as conversion types, file sizes (not content), timestamps, and feature usage to improve our services. For logged-in users, conversion history is stored for your dashboard.

1.4 API Usage

If you use our Developer API, we log API calls (endpoint, credits used, timestamp) for billing and usage monitoring. API keys are stored securely. File content sent via API is processed and deleted immediately.

Zero data retention: Uploaded files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after conversion. We do not store your files on any permanent storage. Temporary processing files are automatically purged.

  • Payment processing — handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Database hosting — account data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Files are never stored in our database.
  • AI processing — for AI-powered features, extracted text may be sent to AI providers for processing. No files or personal data are stored by these providers.
  • Cloud file import — when you choose to import files from cloud storage services, we access files only when you explicitly select them. No persistent access is maintained.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. No personal data is shared with advertisers.
